I do outsource some banner and graphic design so I can accommodate all requests. I guarantee the work and I supervise it so you will be getting an original "Bowens Design". If your job is an outsource you will be told and given the option to wait if preferred.

Web design and my original graphics for each website are NOT outsourced.

3. Cyber Ranch Package

Up to 5 full screens of information, up to 28 photos.
Creation: $375 (one time fee)

Hosting: $20 (per mo. billed quarterly) Some site updates are included with your monthly hosting fee, outlined below.

Yearly plan: Hosting and *Updates: $400.00 (optional combined and paid annually *Limited -ask for details)

*Basic Search Engine Optimization $150.00 ( at time of initial design and set up )  -You pick your keywords and provide text.  Also offer Monthly search engine submission, updates and optimization of your keywords $35.00 per month ( both are optional).  *Full Premium Search Optimization is also available.

Domain name $18 yearly fee.

Scanning of more than 4 photos is not included in any of the above pricing.

The above pricing includes electronic submission of your information, if you will be postal mailing me all of your photo and text information, I will give you a quote for non electronic submission of web material,
please contact me.

Minor photo editing only is included in above pricing. Contact me for digital editing prices such as cleaning up a photo, remove a lead rope, background etc.

*Updates are billed at rate of one hour minimum, after the first hour you will be billed in 15 minute increments. Paid Updates are done promptly -usually within 48 hours, -not including Holidays and weekends. Work can be scheduled immediately, as well as on Holidays and Weekends....for an extra fee.

Updates are done in the order they are received by me (Not when you sent it - when I receive it) and are put on my list from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For an example  if I receive a update from you on Friday at 6 p.m. you can look for your change to be live before Wednesday at 6 p.m.

If I receive it at noon on Friday you can look for it to be live by Tuesday...unless any Holidays fall on that Monday of course... and as always barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Your hosting plan does include some updates for FREE, for example, move a horse to the sale page - moving a horse already on your site to your sale page Exactly as listed is no charge to you, adding a link to your links page is no charge to you (there is a charge to add and link graphic banners or add text other than one hyperlink) changing the price of a horse, marking a horse sold, remove a horse, change some text, change your contact information...all free/included in your monthly hosting fee.

These included updates are NOT promised within 48 hours, they are done as my time permits. Nor are these particular items prorated out of a paid update.

All websites will include a links page, registering you for one web-ring and a guest counter if desired, you must ask for them.

Setting up an ad. free Guestbook is $35.00 plus a 20.00 per year maintenance fee. I NO Longer set up Free Guestbooks...too much spam.

If you would like a Website you can maintain yourself, I can design it and provide you with a username and login.
I can recommend free or low cost html editors which you can download on your computer in order to work on your new Website.
If all you need is a Hosting account I'll be glad to help you with that also. I offer Extremely reasonable rates on my Stable Reliable Server and will be happy to do your updates or you may opt to do your own.

       I no longer provide CPanels wysiwyg html editor to clients. You will need to download and install a html editor and then logon with the information I provide you to  publish and maintain your site via FrontPage ext. Or FTP only.

*UPDATE YOUR OWN SALES / FOALS  PAGE
Not a client of mine? and don't want to move?
If you do Not want to move from your current host/Webmaster  I can set you up a database (or two) on MY server that will allow you to maintain and update your Sale and/or Foals pages Yourself.
All you need to have your Webmaster do (on your current site) is change a link. The page or pages will look just like your site colors and will flow as if it were a part of your site with your same navigation etc.  I will supply you with a user name and password to login to your own admin. panel and you can update your sales page and/or foals page yourself 24-7 !!
This service is $150. set up fee and $20. per month thereafter -paid quarterly.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

*...SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMAZITION or simply SEO is an extremely important part of any Web sites set up.
 I will put you at the TOP of the major search engines.
Costs run anywhere from Basic which is $150.00 if done at the time your site is created to $400.00 and up.
You tell me what you want to achieve and I'll design a game plan and price to implement it. 

I will isolate your market, analyze the competition you will be up against and implement a ethical search engine optimization plan specifically for you.  I do NOT stuff keywords or use link farms.
Optimizing a website primarily involves editing the sites visual content as well as HTML associated coding to increase its relevance to specific keywords and phrases.
 I will install analytics and target the big 4 - Google, Ask, Bing and Yahoo plus provide manual submission to Open Directories.
