• A Copyright Release will be issued with your photo(s) which will entitle you to use your photo(s) however you choose including Web advertising and unlimited print reproductions.
• You may not have any photo(s) *digitally altered without obtaining individual written permission from Bowens Design. You may NOT remove my copyright mark. *You may not crop, mask, remove background, rotate, flip...etc.

• Additional photos from the day of your shoot may be purchased and downloaded within 60 days of your proofs being posted online for $45.00 each. Placed on a CD or print media and priority postal mailed to you add shipping fee of $10.00
  

Custom digitizing is available at an additional charge of $35.00 per hour. Examples are: removal of lead rope, halter, something you may not want in the background, dog etc (Photography props I may use are removed at no cost to you.)

Additional proofs do not have to be purchased if your additional electronic selections will be used in print advertising designed exclusively by Bowens Design. In this case only your ad. design prices apply. The selection(s) you choose may not be used any other way unless purchased at regular price.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP FARM SHOOT FROM 0 TO WITHIN 49 MILES OF DANVILLE, GEORGIA

• $100.00 per horse sitting fee paid upfront.
• Mileage fee $.60 per mile round trip

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP FARM SHOOT FROM 50 TO WITHIN 100 MILES OF DANVILLE, GEORGIA

• Must be a minimum of five (5) horses/clients
• $100.00 per horse sitting fee paid upfront.
• Mileage fee $.60 per mile round trip
• Mileage fee collected from the person who contracts the shoot, also paid upfront. If contracting as a group of course you may split this amongst yourselves as a group but the fee is paid by the person who contracts with me to come. Example, to your location 85 miles, x2 x.60 =$102.00  optionally divided between 5 = $20.40 each.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP FARM SHOOT OVER 100 MILES UP TO 250 MILES

• Must be a minimum of 12 (12) horses / clients
• $100.00 per horse sitting fee paid upfront.
• *Traveling fee to be determined, call me and I'll figure you a rate. I'll get exact mileage and then add up expected traveling expense.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP FARM SHOOT OVER 250 MILES

• Must be a minimum of 20 (20) horses / clients
• $100.00 per horse sitting fee paid upfront.
• *Traveling fee to be determined, call me and I'll figure you a rate. I'll get exact mileage and then add up expected traveling expense.

*Mileage fees include but are not limited to: Lodging, Airfare, Car rental, tolls, Ins., gas, meals, miscellaneous travel expenses for overnight trips..etc.

BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT

• Non-refundable sitting fee due along with contract at the time of booking.

  • Shoots less than 100 miles require mileage fee.

  • Shoots over 100 miles require mileage and lodging fee with other expenses.- including but not limited to: Lodging, Airfare, Car rental, tolls, Ins., gas, meals, miscellaneous travel expenses for overnight trips..etc.

• Rates are guaranteed when the deposit for shoot is received only.
